Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed.
- Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns (unless received damaged or incorrect).
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order items.
🔄 Exchange Process
If you received a wrong or faulty item and wish to exchange it:
- Email us at ezmasfabrics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, issue details, and pictures of the item (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Please note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is damaged or sent in error.
💸 Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. However, in eligible cases, we provide:
- Store credit
- Product exchange of equal value.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item/damaged product). Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
